Vicente Gutierrez is a writer, film director and fixer/producer currently pursuing his personal and professional interests in film. Documentary, portraiture, video journalism and gray area works of 'video art' are in process while writing the occasional text for publications, exhibitions or copywriting for advertisement. My writing focuses on arts, culture, music, philosophy, architecture or what may be occasionally deemed as 'avant-garde.' I'm employed as a project lead and content planner with a creative publishing and advertising agency which is based in Tokyo, Japan. I'm also a contributing editor to Papersky Magazine. Due to my position, I also extend my finely-tuned local knowledge into service as a fixer and producer when I am in Tokyo.
